We want the experience to be as enjoyable as it is informative, so we secured a great room rate of $239/room per night at the Village Hotel conveniently located on the Biltmore Estate. We recommend you reserve your accommodations now as October is a popular time to visit Asheville, NC. Reserve your hotel here

Since the conference begins early on Thursday, October 5th (8:00 am), we recommend you arrive the evening before on Wednesday, October 4th to get settled and ready for the conference.  For those flying into town we recommend the following airports:

Asheville Airport (AVL): Half an hour from town

Greenville/Spartanburg Airport (GSP): Hour and a half from town

Charlotte Airport (CLT): Just over two hours from town
