LTPAC Alert! – Unless you qualify for a “hardship exemption” and apply for it by July 1, 2014, you are subject to a 1% Medicare pay cut beginning in 2015.
This penalty applies to any “ambulatory physician,” one for whom more than 10% of patient encounters are outside of a hospital.
